ORACLIA Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the ORACLIA app (“the App”), published by TETIANA LAHOTSKA (“we”, “us”), contact codexxdev77@gmail.com. By installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
ORACLIA calculates astrological charts and shows interpretations on your device. Astrology is offered for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a scientific prediction and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not base important decisions solely on the App.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the App except where the law allows it. Third-party components are licensed under their own licences, listed in the App (Profile → About → Open-source licenses).
4. Free trial
- Android: a free 14-day trial starts automatically from the first launch.
- iOS: you start a free 5-day trial yourself with the free “5-day Trial” item in the App Store.
During the trial every feature is available. When the trial ends, the App locks until you buy lifetime access. The trial is free and never turns into a paid purchase or subscription on its own. One trial per store account; we may refuse a trial when it is obviously being abused.
5. Lifetime access
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- The price is shown in the App and in the store, in your local currency, before you confirm.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer and support the App in the store you bought it from, on devices that the App supports. It is tied to your Google Play or Apple account and is not transferable.
- Use “Restore purchases” to unlock the App again on a new device or after reinstalling, with the same store account.
- Checking the trial and the purchase needs an internet connection at least once; after that the App works offline.
6. Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple under their terms. We cannot see or change your payment and cannot issue refunds directly. Refunds are requested from the store under its refund policy: Google Play · Apple. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Your data
Your birth data, charts and diary stay on your device; you are responsible for keeping your own backups. How we handle the data needed for trials and purchases is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop offering features. We try to keep the App working, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or available at all times.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
[To be specified by the publisher before publication.]
13. Additional terms for Apple devices (Apple EULA)
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- Acknowledgement. These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of licence. Your licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the App: TETIANA LAHOTSKA, codexxdev77@gmail.com, [postal address to be added].
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your network provider's terms) when using the App.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
