ORACLIA Privacy Policy
In short: your birth data, charts and diary stay on your device. The only data that leaves the device is what is needed to verify your free trial and your purchase: an anonymous app user ID, transaction data, basic device information and your IP address, which are processed by RevenueCat and by Google Play or the App Store.
1. Who is responsible
ORACLIA is published by TETIANA LAHOTSKA (“we”, “us”). Contact: codexxdev77@gmail.com.
2. Data that stays on your device
You enter a name or nickname, date, time and place of birth and, optionally, the birth data of other people, diary notes and settings. All of this is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. Calculations and interpretations run locally. We have no account system and no servers that receive this data. We never see it.
- Place search uses a database built into the app; the app does not use your device location.
- Reminders are scheduled locally on the device, without push services.
- Automatic Android cloud backup is turned off. You can export an encrypted backup file yourself; where it goes is your choice.
- Sharing a chart or card happens only when you use the system share sheet.
3. Free trial and purchases (RevenueCat)
To check whether your free trial is running and whether you have bought lifetime access, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as our service provider. For this purpose RevenueCat receives and stores:
- a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device;
- transaction data: product purchased, price and currency, purchase date, store and store transaction ID;
- basic device information: operating system and version, app version, device model, language and store country;
- your IP address, as part of every network request (used, for example, to determine the country).
RevenueCat does not receive your name, birth data, charts, interpretations or diary. We do not use RevenueCat for advertising or cross-app tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Legal basis (where the GDPR applies): performance of the contract — providing the trial and the purchase you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)) — and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the trial (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your card or bank details. Their handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. How the free trial works
- Android: a 14-day trial starts automatically when the app first connects to RevenueCat. Its start date is the “first seen” date that RevenueCat stores for your anonymous ID.
- iOS: you start a 5-day trial yourself by “buying” the free “5-day Trial” item in the App Store. Its start date is the date of that free transaction.
When the trial ends, the app locks until lifetime access is bought. Nothing is charged automatically.
6. What we do not do
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
- Internet access is used only for the trial and purchase checks described above, and to open links you tap.
7. Retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted with “Profile → Privacy → Delete all data” or by uninstalling the app. Deleting app data does not delete purchase records held by RevenueCat and the store, because they are needed to restore your purchase and for accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete the RevenueCat record linked to your purchase: email us the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt. After deletion, a previous purchase may no longer be restorable.
8. International transfers
RevenueCat processes data in the USA. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards described in RevenueCat's data processing terms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Write to codexxdev77@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
10. Children
ORACLIA is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly process their data.
11. Changes
We will announce changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, in an app update.
